Sibling Discount

Each sibling receives $50 off for each week of the program.

 

Multi-Week Discount

$50 off each additional week.

 

No Refund Discount

$50 off each week enrolled, however, cancellation and refund policy are no longer applicable to receive this discount.

Advance Payment Discount

$50 discount for each month in advance fully paid for each week of the program, beginning February 1st until May 1st (Feb. - $200, Mar. - $150, Apr. - $100, May - $50).  For example, one student attending for two weeks with no Advance Payment Discount is $1,850 (Week # 1 @ $950 + Week # 2 @ $900 after an automatic Multi-Week Discount). If, however, a full balance is paid by February 1, 2023, an additional $400 ($50 per week, per month in advance) is taken off the final statement. The new total for this student to attend two weeks of Junior Jazz Workshop is $1,450. Utilizing the “No Refund Discount” would bring the bill down an additional $100 ($50 per week) making the new bill $1,350.

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Deposits are nonrefundable.

Payment in full is required 30 days before the first day of the camp.

Cancellations 30 days or more before the first day of the camp = full refund.

Cancellations 14-30 days before the first day of camp = 50% refund.

Cancellation less than 14 days before the first day of an enrolled session = no refund.

February 1, 2024 – Last day for $200/week advance full payment discount.

March 1, 2024 – Last day for $150/week advance full payment discount.

April 1, 2024 – Last day for $100/week advance full payment discount.

May 1, 2024 – Last day for $50/week advance full payment discount.

May 15, 2024 – Deadline for Financial Aid applications. EXTENDED - Please inquire for more details

June 15, 2024 – Full payment deadline.

 

FINANCIAL AID

If you are interested in applying for Financial Aid, you just need to submit a Financial Aid request form along with the first two pages of your most recent tax return. The Financial Aid form will be sent to everyone automatically after registration.
